Reiki helps with many issues. Physically it can help ease stress, anxiety, aches and pains and speed up recovery after surgery or illness. Emotionally and mentally it can improve your sleep and shift your mindset. For some it supports their spiritual and self development journey allowing them to connect with their spirit guides and connect with a greater level of consciousness.

It depends on what you need support with.   Intermittent sessions are great to put out emotional fires and reduce stress, but  profound change & healing comes to those who commit to regular sessions (eg monthly).  This has been my own personal experience and what I have witnessed as a therapist over 15 years.  Ultimately it’s your choice – You can choose to put out the spot fires that pop up every so often, or you can find the arsonist that keeps lighting the fires with good steady detective work.  I know first hand the benefit of having regular healing sessions which is why I offer a discount on bulk buy packages.

Every practitioner works in their own way.  I offer sessions in-person, online or remote. If you visit me in Drummoyne,  I aim to offer a uplifting, safe & cosy experience.  After a brief chat, you’ll lie down on a massage table (if you are able to or you can remain seated).  You’ll be fully clothed and will be offered blankets and knee support should you need them. Your only job is to relax as I make my way around you, gently placing my hands on or near you (with your prior permission). You may feel different sensations like heat, tingling, bliss, emotional release or deep peace as the energy moves through your body.   At the end we have a chat and a glass of water.
