During the healing component,I channel universal healing energy and other high vibrational energy into your body by gently placing my hands on or near you (if in-person) or by connecting to your energetic signature (if remote* or online).   If you are visiting me in-person, you will be fully clothed on a massage table with optional blankets for your comfort.  If the energy healing session is online or remote, I encourage you to be relaxing as best you can where ever you are.

*Note about remote healing: You don’t need to be available/awake at the time of the booking as you’ll receive the energy regardless. The only recommendation is that you avoid using machinery when receiving a remote healing.
