Sometimes there are no words for big emotions. Sometimes we can’t even begin to share the depths of our nature because words are not enough. That’s where creative & transpersonal counselling lives.
This form of gentle therapy is a mix of mindfulness practices, transpersonal art therapy or transpersonal counselling with an understanding that we are more than what can be seen. Using a range of exercises we gently navigate the subconscious revealing the insights, wisdom, and healing stored inside you. This allows for the expression of difficult thoughts and feelings.
Techniques such as meditation, mind mapping processes, dream analysis or chakra exploration are used. Creative expression in the form of mark making/doodling or journalling is also encouraged. No artistic ability is required to take part and sessions are delivered online or in-person.

To make the most of your session come with an open mind. If your session takes place over zoom, although not necessary, you are encouraged to have a journal or basic art materials such as crayons/pencils on hand based on your preferred method of reflection.
After your session, a few moments to reflect on what was explored is ideal. Along with a few glasses of water or a bite to eat.
